Refunds policy

At Indovators Technologies Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality digital solutions to our clients. We stand behind our work and want our clients to be completely satisfied with the services we provide. However, we do not offer refunds for any of our services.

By agreeing to work with us, you acknowledge and agree that:

Since Indovators Technologies Private Limited and the client understand that there is work involved to achieve every milestone of the project and completion of every module, a refund would not be possible for the work once assigned to us.

If a project is canceled or postponed, all charges paid are retained by Indovators Technologies Private Limited and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

All payments made for the project are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our services, we will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues and find a satisfactory solution. However, this will not include any refund of fees paid to us for the project.
